Ordering via the website should be a simple process:
1. Browse the site to find the items you need.
2. Clicking on the items on the category pages will show more product information and in many cases give options or configuration to select.
3. Select the quantity you require (can be amended on the cart page) and click add to cart.
4. At any-time you can check and amend the in cart items by clicking on the cart icon in the header.
5. The items will remain in your cart even if you need to leave the site and return later. (Unless you have blocked cookies, see the privacy page.)
6. When you have added all your items, follow the instructions from the cart page to complete your order.
7. Please check the Delivery page to ensure you are happy with how we will full-fill your order
8. You will be asked to register you details with the site, or returning customers can login.
9. The payment process is carried out via the "Sagepay" service.
9. You should then receive confirmation emails.
10. If you spot anything unexpected or change your mind please contact us immediately (see the terms and conditions for full details of cancellations and returns).
